game down ?

well yesturday and today when i tried to log in it told me my password was wrong so i changed it both times.... then today after i log in i just have a black screen showing none of the game , anyone else having a problem getting on ?

Same for me on firefox, on IE it just has some chinese symbols and a link to flash, reinstalling flash does no good.

I have not been able to get into Batheo for many hours now

if you don't see me tonight at the farm battles then the problems still exist
(or it could be I have gone to the Casino with my wife)

I can get into all my servers except s3 Chaos which is having that black screen. I can't even submit a ticket....its glitching and won't submit a ticket as well...really aggravating.

It cannot be my PC, I've tried from home this morning, no luck. At work on a different PC, no luck. Back at home again with my desktop, no dice and even with my laptop same thing. Tried 3 browsers, I.E. Firefox and Opera, nothing.

I do not believe it has anything to do with your computer or anything on your end for that matter...as I have deleted my cookies, refreshed my browser and clicked on screen(as directed on the clapalong forum) and still nothing. I have also tried both IE and firefox and nothing is working.

yeah the biggest part of it that sucks is osme people can play and others cant, but watch them give us compensation for the downtime and EVERYONE will get it even the ones that played the whole time many of us couldnt get on at all. so the ones enjoying the game and playing it now will get even more or an advantage over those that cant, they should of just taken the whole dam server down, fixed it then them put it back up..... if i cant play tonight or the rest of the weekend im going to be real real pissed off.

As will I and I'll be even more pissed if they do give the compensation to everyone, including those that were able to play. It really defeats the purpose if everyone gets compensated, even those that don't deserve it...but you are right they probably will give it to everyone...even though it would be easy to tell who was and wasn't able to play while it was down.

me i dont have any problem to login aaannnddd i want the compensation. heh free cookie who doesnt want that.

im am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO freakin pissed off still not able to get on after more then 13 hours of trying all day , wow what a great weekend to look forword to, daughters gone finaly nice and quit here to be able to play all i want and i cant even log on. and all they post is oh server may be down from time to time on news , time to time isnt 13hours you tards. what makes me even more mad is i payed to play this game. most games i dont stick a penny into and i actually did on this one and cant get onto a single server at all, not one. i just love how they turned off there customer support tickets as well so you cant even tell them you cant get on so they wont even be able to know that way who they should compensate , plus how the hell would they even compensate for an entire day - they cant. oh here is a few gold - nope that wont cut it. in one day i am able to generate a ton of everything. so im out all that and upgrading my heroes , this just sucks HUGE

it is a little strange. i get on the main game page, log in with my email and password, click on the game server and then after their Reign Ltd. page goes away all I get is a black screen after that.

I sent them a note about all that today.
(and I was actually thinking about buying into the game with some real money but now I am not so sure I want to do that)

yeah you think that is bad , after reading the forums and seeing that some poeple are just locked out of some servers but can play on others i figured i would try and play on another server , it let me into server 1 - but get this i had never played any server but 2 and 4 , so what did i start with on server one:

a lvl 40 town with a bunch of other stuff upgraded mid lvl 30heroes with crappy gear, so so tech. yeah thats right , SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT.

so in other words it could be putting other people onto our accounts we cant get into - isnt that wonderfull

going on over 24 hours now not being able to log into my main account on S2 - and im soooooooo happy about it, what a waste of money , yeah i suggest not giving them a penny!!@!!!!!!!

I had same problems here is how I finally worked around it.
SCREAM, pull hair out, SCREAM, kick something, SCREAM, then
delete all cookies/cache/anything else you can think of in your browsers
use 2 different browsers
reinstall if necessary all of em, and flash
Open a game in each browser via the login directly address, via official website, via forum home site, last one worked for me
I'm using opera and firefox, turned off security, allowed popups, anything I could think of to make it easier for it to connect
Afraid to refresh or look crosseyed at my computer, but currently it's up.
I've made Kordan host for now, in case my access goes away again. When they get their stuff stable, perhaps I'll be able to play regularly
problem is I can't log in from other computers easily, and I work a lot. So not being able to log in from work is going to slow me down quite a bit.
Will try and make farm battles, sorry I couldn't make one tonight, glad you all did so well

I have tried on 4 different PC's now some at different locations. No way its an issue on my side by now... At this rate might just walk away from the game.

It is at their end, their bit sorter is scrap. But if you make it super simple ez for the bit sorter, then it doesn't get confused. Or I just got lucky
